BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
A few important things to know
Electricity is per pitch
There’s no occasional electricity. Choose a pitch with or without it — the price covers your whole stay either way.
Switching to a pitch with electricity
If you’re on a pitch without electricity and decide you need it, visit the kiosk first to update your payment. Always let reception know before moving pitches.
Service point requires an overnight stay
The service point is only available to guests staying overnight. We don’t offer one-off use without a stay.
Showers, toilets and laundry require an overnight stay
These facilities are reserved for guests staying overnight. They can’t be used without staying at the park.
How arrival works
We don’t take bookings. The gate is open from 8am to 8pm, with automatic check-in until 7:30pm. Each payment gives you 24 hours’ access. For in-person help, reception is open from 10:30am to 12:30pm and 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
No refunds
We don’t offer refunds. If you’re not sure how many nights you’ll be staying, only pay for the ones you’re sure of — you can always pop back to the kiosk to extend your stay.
